Holen One Farms Marinade:
Shake well; use an ounce of marinade per pound of meat (approx. 1 tablespoon). Follow directions on the bottle.
Works great on all kinds of meats. You can buy a lesser cut, and it will come out nice, moist, and tender.

PRIME RIB— Rub roast with HOF Marinade, then massage HOF Java Rub into the meat. Wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven or grill to 450 degrees, put in rib roast uncovered for 1 hr. Reduce heat to 300 degrees & cook for a total time of 1 hr. per ea. 3 lbs. of meat, or until meat reaches internal temp. of 135 degrees. Remove from heat and let it rest for 15 min. before serving. Enjoy!
SWEET & TANGY ORANGE GLAZE- 1 c. HOF Dipping & Glazing Sauce, 1c orange marmalade, 1 T soy sauce. Mix together, simmer till slightly thickened. Pour over cooked chicken, pork rice or use as a dip for chicken wings strips or nuggets!
Renee's Sunday Meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1 Tablespoon Holen One Farms Java Rib & Roast Rub (or season to taste)
1 cup tomato juice
1 egg
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a non-stick 13x9x2 pan. Make groove in top of loaf. Cover loaf with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Holen One Farms BBQ Dipping & Glazing Sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
Use Holen One Farms BBQ Dipping & Glazing Sauce in place of ketchup.
Serves 6-8.
BBQ CARROTS
1 lb. baby carrots (microwave on hi—3 min.), saute together 1/4c diced onion& 6 strips diced bacon. Add 1/4c brown sugar & 1/2c Holen One Farms Dipping & Glazing sauce to carrots, onions & bacon. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
Serves 6
Sweet Potato Fries
1 1/2 pounds frozen sweet potato fries (waffle cut if available)
Olive Oil
Holen One Farms Java Rib & Roast Rub
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
Place fries on 11x17 baking sheet or jelly roll pan. Arrange in single layer. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Season to taste with Holen One Farms Java Rib & Roast Rub. Bake 25-28 minutes or until golden and crisp. Be careful not to burn them. Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
APPETIZER IDEA- 1 Bottle HOF Dipping & Glazing Sauce, 1c jelly of choice (grape, apricot, jalapeno, etc.), 1 lb. little smokies or meatballs. Place ingredients in crock-pot, heat through and it is ready to serve!
